Refund Policy
We follow a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY.
Subscription Fees billed are non-refundable irrespective of whether the Service have been availed by You or not. Your subscription plan will continue to remain active till the end of the Subscription Term, irrespective of when You cancel the Service.
However, in the event of any fraudulent transaction or erroneous subscription, Your subscription will be deactivated. We may refund the Subscription Fee during the Subscription Term following investigation, it shall be determined whether You are entitled for refund or not.
